At the initial meeting, the sales representative showed up on time, prepared with documents/quote in hand. The pricing seemed reasonable (it wasn't much more than a quote I had received to *repair* the existing roof) and the people were pleasant to deal with.
The previous roof was allowing in a fair amount of water, but since Renoteck replaced it I have not seen moisture coming in. The crew seemed to take their time to ensure the work was done well, and Pavel was great about answering any questions throughout the process. I also liked that pictures were provided of the different stages throughout the roof replacement process."
